  Because JV Jewelry has a rhodium finish, clean simple by soaking in hot soapy water and rinse, drying with a soft cotton cloth, this will take care of oils and dust that have dulled the surface.
     
  My jewelry needs repair. What should I do?
  To have your jewelry repaired, please refer to the Jewelry Repair Request section of our website.

  Currently, we ship via UPS (Standard), USPS (2nd Day), and FedEx (Overnight) to the U.S., Canada, and U.S. Territories. When you use a Personal Shopper, we ship overnight via FedEx if the item is in stock.
